I started this journey with one clear mission: to empower ambitious women like you to overcome challenges, unlock your full potential, and live a life you truly love. I believe in the magic that lies within each of us.

I've seen how life's hurdles can dim our light and hold us back from living passionately and purposefully. My own path has been one of transformation, shifting from struggle to strength. And now, my heart's desire is to guide you on your own journey of self-discovery and growth.

Imagine a world where women like you thrive and radiate love, joy, abundance, and peace. This is my vision; where every woman can embrace her inner power to truly shine.

Helping Women Lead Meaningful Lives

So how did I get here? I started volunteering with a mental health charity many years ago. This inspired me to complete a counselling degree, then work as an NHS therapist and set up a women only private practice.

While I loved this, I also knew there was more for me. I furthered my knowledge to become a holistic coach, mindfulness and meditation practitioner. I've embodied understandings of the laws of the universe, mind-body-spirit consciousness, somatics, energetics and neuroscience.

In deepening my own spirituality and healing, I discovered my purpose to support women on their incredible growth journeys. And in blending my professional and personal insights of therapy, coaching and spirituality, She Can Shine was created. I'm ready to help you shine!

I'm a Virgo and a 2/4 Manifesting Generator

A multi-passionate, mostly organised, regular gal who loves to balance life with yoga and wine; though not at the same time! I’m a personal development junkie and adore learning. I’ve always got too many books and podcasts on the go. Pottering and planting in my little garden when the sun shines inspires me.

I love a kitchen disco, expressing creativity and how all shades of pink genuinely warm my soul. My life is filled with a continuous becoming, walking and discovering nature in London and travelling to sunny places.
