For so long, I was the good girl. The helpful one. The one who put everyone first. It was really all I knew how to be.
Then midlife arrived quickly, and rather loudly.
This all coincided with a lot of personal and health challenges that came at me in quick succession. I had to dig deep to get through, and within a few years, the life I'd been busy creating was hugely different to where I thought I'd be.
I kept wondering who I was now.
The start of my midlife sent me into therapy, through a spiritual awakening, and deep into inner work.
I had to let go of a lot - dreams and disappointments; unlearn a lot of conditioning; release many of my own and others' expectations of me; repair my relationship with myself; and rebuild from the inside out. It was super messy and painful.
Slowly, as I came back to myself, my capacity to hold and receive shifted. Over time, life began to feel richer, in connections, in my relationships, and in the way money moved through my world. I started to see that the more I came home to myself, the more abundance found its way to me.
That’s the journey I guide women through now.
